anyone have a decent to really nice 73 Coupe ft. bumper they'd want to part with? Willing to pay decent money, I've also got a perfect 71 - 72 ft. bumper (aftermarket) that'd I'd be willing to trade or even sell to off set rechroming costs.

US only to meet the 1973 Government standards. See Bumpers, section 1973 USA Bumpers.

Can you redrill the 1971/1972 bumper to fit the 1973 brackets?

thats next on the list, I picked up the original 73 from the chrome shop today, he wants $350 to rework & rechrome it, I brought it home so I can lay them side by side & do exactly that with the aftermarket new one I have. He said he'd chrome that one for $150 so it probably makes more sense to do that. I just need to weld up the holes from the 71/72 mountings as well - kind of a pain but might be my only real option.

I can bring over the 1972 and we can see if the 72 bumper brackets bolt to the 73 body...

Depending on cost, I may be interested in your 71-72- bumper.

Thanks for the offer Dave, I've got a 72 bumper & brackets & they dont match up, too bad that'd of been an easy fix.

I haven't found time yet to do the side by side comparison but soon.

Ron1200 - if your interested give me a call, it might make sense to sell you mine then pay the difference to redo the 73 one.
