I would expect that any of the EFI ITB's can be used any old way you want, they don't have fuel bowls you need to keep level!
The big issue will be getting a manifold to suit..

For a daily I would go with the smallest, if you are not revving it to the moon you won't need 45mm+ ITB's.

Actually you could get away with just a single TB for a A12 daily if you aren't looking for performance.

You could make up some 90 degree bends to join the manifold to the ITBs to point them up and out the bonnet. That would be 4 identical pipes and 2 identical flanges.

You'll have to make a manifold as a twin downdraft weber manifold for A series doesn;t exist

For tunability 1 tb for each pot is best... especially if playing with huge cams

TB = Throttle Body.

No single isn't better but it also depends on what you want.

If each pot has it's own throttle body the potential for producing more power is much greater, then you have to sort ignition and cam and exhaust.

I reckon you're going to have to fork out about $3000.00 for a DCOE EFI setup (inc. computer, injectors, linkages etc etc)

Don't mean to drag lagwagon into it all the time but his setup would have cost a fraction of that because he used cheap quad throttle bodies (motorbike) made a manifold and built his own computer.
