H145 5.71 ~100 lb. ft.
H150 5.91 ~125 lb. ft.
H165 6.50 ~225 lb. ft.
H190 7.49 ~285 lb. ft.

Sorry if someone has already asked
Just wondering if the above figures
are all with alloy carriers or steel?
I dont know of any H145 in steel so
its just interesting...

They are just estimates, not figures published by Nissan. They are estimated from the torque of the engines fitted with the diff by Nissan.

I don't know of any H145 in alloy.

I'd say they are on the lower side to allow for safeties sake.
My l16 may exceed that on a h150, no complaints so far

Yes, all manufucturer rate their parts "on the safe side" -- remember Datsun waranteed those parts when new.

H145 was/ is available in alloy housing in the B10 series. The major difference between B10 H145 and B110 H145 was that the earlier version used a fixed length sleeve and shims for setting the pinion and the latter uses a crushable sleeve.
