Datsun competition 1200 axle baffles, #43015-25720 and #43016-25720. Fit in the rear axle housing to keep the majority of the gear oil in the center for the ring and pinion. $85 usd per pair. Discount for 3 or more sets. (International shipping costs are the same for 1 set or for multiple sets.) Includes instruction sheet. Designed for the H145 axle housing, but can be stretched to fit H150 and others.

Hi Dave,
Decades ago people would epoxy them in place; bolt them in place; or weld them in place.

I think using 3/16 bolts with steel torque retaining nuts, and some silicone sealer is the easiest way to keep them in place, but they will eventually crack from vibration (decades later). Next easiest is to weld them in place.
