Does anyone know what engine bolts are supposed to be tensioned to for a ca18det.

Also what torque wrench have you been using?

You can use any torque wrench. Manual, ratchet, or electronic does not matter.

Use a large wrench for large bolts, and a small wrench for small bolts.

Yeah an engine or repair manual specific to the car and another for the car the motor came from.

Eg I have a b110 with stanza engine and box- so I have a b110 repair manual and a stanza one- use one for elecs etc and the other for driveline info.
