Hi guy i know this has been discussed before but if its not possible to clip a car legally these days,how come u still see cars that have had clippping done and 3/4 chassies after the new rules have come into place.

Heaps of reasons...

- Built under old rule systems
- Some people don't care and just build them eg start with a regoed car/shell, build car and just roll round without engineering them
- Others know the right people to get Blue/pink In NSW.
- Also keep in mind lots of cars you see at the strip/shows just have dummy plates on them and aren't regoed.
