Yes as I recall. Put the large glass in and hold it to the side while you manouver the 1/4 frame in.

Two small screws on the sloping part of the door frame.

Removal & Reinstall

To reinstall, do everything in reverse. However don't tighten the screws on the quarter window assembly until you get the new window to align with the slots on each side. That is the hardest part.
...
1. Take apart the door bits and pieces
* Unscrew the door pull/armrest, door handle, and window winder
* Carefully pop the door card (panel) off to access the inside of the door. Use a putty knife or other flat tool, slide it between the card and door until you locate the clip. Then twist to pop the clip out. There are two on one end and three on the other end.
2. Roll the window up first. Then unbolt the window stop at the bottom of the door.
3. Roll the window down so that the regulator comes out of the track on the window glass frame but be careful not to let the window drop too hard. Leave the glass at the bottom of the door temporarily.
4. Take the quarter window frame out.
* There are three screws at the top of the door concealed under the door rubber.
* Also there is one larger screw towards the bottom of the door. It's recessed a bit.
* Once loose pull the quarter window assembly out.
5. Reach in the door and turn the door glass 90 degrees then pull of out from the top.

Move the glass into the rear part of the door frame, don't move the frame.

The other part the glass frame is the quarter window assembly. The has to be moved into place.

Cut the bailey stripping at a 45 so when the quarter window ASSY is inserted it will match up to the baily stripping in the top of the door frame.

Maybe this pic will be better than my fumbling word explanation

The bailey channel rubber is cut into two pieces in a factory install. Run "A" piece is notched so it will fold at a 90 angle and a 45 is put at the end. Run "B" is angle-cut at the top so it will match up with Run "A" rubber.
