Drove by what looked to be a new car but based on an old model
It was japanese, looked like an early honda or something like that, any ideas??

Deff wasnt the fiat, thets the only one i could name.
It just had the japanese quirk about it, and ive never seen one.
wasnt a figaro either although they are cool.
