I would love to turbo this in the future, but im unsure on how to do it on a N/A Block
But I did see this 1200 ute, that a dude actually had done it, just put a t28 on it with stock manifold and alls he did was got i retuned.
If anyone can explain to me how he did it would be awesome

sounds cool, there is a strict size limit on photos on this site, best to put them somewhere else like on photobucket and link them as images on here

Photo's are being a stuff around....
Put my S13 Tein coilovers in my 1200 this weekend and i was wondering, anyone that has done this conversion what size tyres did you use on 15 inch rim.. the yres that came with the rims i bout are 235/60 i believe and that are scimming so just wondering what size others used..

will have to wait awhile because i broke the lock nuts on the right side of my teins... reminder do not use a cold chisel on old teins...... go find a c clip tool.. :P

Also found when i changed the tie rods the steering arm that runs along the gearbox now hits on the gearbox at full lock. anyone had this problem ?? Im thinking who ever did the engine conversion mounted the sr to fat forward..
Aswell i am planning to drop a manual into it.. maybe it wont hit with a man trans ?
People help me ! :)

Sounds like you bought someone's problem there... The box should be atleast 1-2 inch clearance from everything, if the engine is too far forward you will have an issue fitting the radiator n intercooler down the track, also if you want to make it legal it needs a radiator support panel across the front of the engine bay, nobody will engineer it, I needed to reenforce my one, and no bonnet pins are also legal u need a standard lock

Just wemt and double checked it is mod plated for the engine and trans. also there is no radiator support panel... it has been cut out and the rad sits on a slight forward angle

I think if the ute is out of rego it will need re engineering if its currently registered then your safe, it's like saying I have a engineered car but been off the Rd for 10 years, and won't need engineering, laws are always changing, I think there stopping the modified cars

Looking at that pic ^ I don't see a booster, but I do see rust in the engine bay, you won't even get a pink slip, is the pod filter even boxed off or come with a sheild?

You should have a blue compliance tag somewhere in your engine bay? Or check if the rta papers even match the engine numbers??
