hey guys just thought some of u might b interested to no i just picked up the old yajokn 1200 ute from a shed down here in canberra were i found it stripped nearly bare and covered in 4 years worth of dust lol. anyway the car is nearly back together as we speak then rego it respray it n drive it :)

yea sure is. still exactly the same though just in no were near as good nick. but with a respray and a good clean it should come up nice . new motor is now in it just needs to b tuned. anyone no how much this car sold for back in the day?

haha. was just curious because when i went to look at the car i was under the impression it was just a silver datto with a ca slapped in it . but when i got there it had silvia dash haltech eboost 300zx seats cooler full 3 inch exhaust rx7 brakes vl turbo diff twin 070 pumps with surge tank shaved body fully engineered . somone spent alot of money on the car back in the day by the sounds of it

Think it sold for around $20k when it was mint. Good to know there's another one in Canberra.
What does the new motor consist of?
Keep us updated on how you go with it, maybe we can round some Canberra guys up for a drive somewhere when the weather gets warmer?
