I just came back from a junket to the USA

while I was there I went searching for bit (as you would ....right?)

I picked up a non-airbag steering wheel out of a SENTRA - that will do nicely instead of the fake wooden one I have ....WRONG
.........the spline in the steering wheel does not match the 1200 Ute !

Anyone got any ideas - other that another purchase that went 'south'

Machine a new spline into a bit of hollow bar and then machine out the spline in the new steering wheel then put the new spline into the new wheel . That's the short answer , obviously there is some more detail that the machinist/ engineer will need to apply but it is doable

Sell the wheel to your nearest N14 / N15 pulsar enthusiast, and go buy one that fits.

I'm with the rooster. Don't waste any time trying to get other wheels to fit.
