hi i am having trouble finding dust boots for a manual gearbox, and the trans tunnel boot where the shift stick is, any ideas??

hi,i bought a genuine boot from nissan not that long ago,they are still avaliable.this is the one that goes on the transmission tunnel.
the part number is NI-74963-20900.
i paided $19.00 for it at trade price.
