Sorry but depends how much you want to spend.

Stock internals easy 250kw but in a 1200 good luck getting power to the ground. Its all the supporting mods like brakes and diff etc you need too.

Tomei Stroker in Japan over 800hp - ca20det

Why would u want max hp when its better to have usable hp?
200-240hp ATW is more than plenty in a 1200 especially
if its got response in any gear whilst big turbo high boost
setups are not really street friendly unless you go for
compounded turbos but big $$$ to sort out in one go.

A mate of mine (who has a pretty wild forged CA18det in a 510) is friends with that Yatala headworx guy on the book of faces. Apparently hes up around 760hp now. (Or thereabouts, I was probably otp when the guy was telling me bout it)

maybe a question just as important - how long do you need it to hold together for?

A motor that survives a year of monthly drag race meets, probably wouldn't survive a season of circuit racing, and a motor that holds up to circuit racing won't likely hold up for a season in a speedway environment.
