I have a 32/36 webber i want to fit to Standard A12 Do i need to
use a Electric fuel pump or not? If so what are the better ones to use?

Use the stock A12 fuel pump. It is the right pressure for a Weber and has capacity (450 ml/minute) good for 90rwhp - more than a Weber 32/36 will make on an A12 engine.
