Hi Guys

I have Bought a used Seat Belt Set for my b210 since i don't have one on mine, But I am Unable to pull the belt out towards the blue arrow side, but i can pull it towards the red arrow side ? what is the problem is there a specific way of doing it ?or is it stuck ? it should freely come out and when you release it should go up is it ?

i talked to the person fro whom i bought it he said if it doesn't work he will return me money back

please help me what should be doing for this

Your sitting it flat that's the issue sumith.

Retractable seatbelts are designed so the are installed at the correct angle from the mounting point. This is so it locks into place in an accident and you don't go flying around the cabin.

They have a ball inside that stops them coming out when on wrong angle

If i install it to the car will i be able to use it with my car ? will this work with b210 ? then i don't need to return them is it ?

If it's from a b210 it should if not? Who knows. Fit and test

B210s don't have pre-tensioners -- no datsun has that feature.

Yes, unfamilia is correct, you should only be able to extract the belt when the assembly is straight up and down. Hold it in the approximate configuration while testing. You do not have to install it. The belt should work while the car is on any normal angle (not just when on a perfectly level driveway).

I returned the seat belt and looking for a new set which suits b210, it is very difficult to find a good condition b210 seat belt here , what would be the alternative belt that suits b210 ?

You can fit most any seat belt -- except the kind that go into the body of the car (as in the one above).

For example: Datsun 620 Truck



Or Ford, or GM seat belts. Any brand that mounts directly to bolts.

Just confirm me are these seat belt bolts ? , is this with 3 point seat belt or 2 point seat belt ?
