Am I correct in thinking that LHD US spec B110's have a hydraulic clutch set up?
If so I'd be interested in buying the clutch pedal...

Why not just use a RHD-spec clutch pedal? I believe it already has the hole for the master push rod (below the pivot). If not, it's just a 4mm hole.
