The Pulsar came with the electronic dizzy that works well and you can modify the cog and bracket your self. Check the Tech info here for specific info. ( there are chinese ones on ebay from time to time but im not shore how good they are. maybe some of the members here can comment on these).

The other option is get one made up for you. JTS in St marys uses the EXA/ET turbo dizzy and re graphs it to suit. can be pricey (but the best result of the two).

With out going overboard these would be the two best options imo

If you can get a vacuum advance pot that can also retard under boost pressure you will be set, otherwise static timing would need to stay quite low

You could just lock it if you don't want to spend big bucks, takes just a few minutes to do and costs next to nothing.

Depending on how handy you are the Ford EDIS4 setup is pretty good with a mega-jolt, then you have a completely self tunable spark setup and probably comparable cost to a custom dizzy.

I've just got my EDIS8 working with custom 36-1 trigger wheel fitted in the dizzy housing. This gives me 1 coil per plug and sequential fire but was a fair bit more pissing around. The Tech Wiki has all you need to know to do the EDIS4 conversion.
