Hi guys,

I am after a front badge for my 1200 ute, I have recently rebuilt the car and have the #OOPS#ty plastic grill on but have yet to find a badge for it. Is there anyone on here that can help me?

Or even better still, if someone has the old type steel grill, badge and headlight surounds that they wish to sell?

Mate I just recently bought a grille badge that is for the stainless grille,cut the bolt on part off and glued it on with black celastic to the plastic grille.Looks like it was meant to be there.

I have a rectangle ute grille emblem from nissan. Still in box.

This is the badge i brought for mine.. it is the 240/206z badge looks great on a plastic grille but i took it off and put on a stainless grille.. but here is a link for it and a picture of what it looks like.. otherwise check the bprojects ebay or site or even newdatsunparts.com and you should be able to find one.. they have most of the badges either one of those places... only hard ones to find will be the stainless grille ones and some of the rarer gx badges or limited edition ones..

I don't unfortunately have a stainless (steel) grille but i do have the headlight surrounds and the badge..

if you are after a good grille with the matching surrounds stainless.. check out greames japanese dismantlers in sydney he has about 10/15 datsuns there he is wrecking at most times and has nearly any hard to get part you can not get your hands on... that and he sells alot of new stuff for our 1200's along with engines and what not..

Loosekid you are a champion, I will speak to Grahams wreckers today. I do like the look of the 240 badge and will probably order one of those also.

dattodude, I would prefer to get a round one, but will keep you in mind if all else fails.
