Hi my booster is making a suck sound for about 5 seconds then stops.This happens when i switch of my engine.Any suggestions as to what might be the problem??

Take off the valve and blow air into it with your mouth. The air should only travel one way. If it travels both ways the valve is defective.

Hi darrenwilson

I am keen to see what happened finally, i had the same issue but there was nothing wrong with valve it works only one way, but i have brake but booster doesn't work now on my b310

Sounds like the booster is leaking. Not the one-way valve neccessarily.

If the booster is leaking a little like this, you can compensate for a good idle by adjusting the carburetor mixture screw. It doesn't solve the problem, but lets it the idle be steady. Better to fix the problem (replace the booster).
