Hey guys
I have a 1979 Datsun 1200 ute, it is all standard and has the clock in it, i pulled out the clock and i was given a tacho from a later model datsun
I was wondering what wiring/connectors/senders i would need and how to wire it in?
Also what are some ways to make my engine (A15) more powerfuller
Cheers

It depends on how the tachometer is wired. Some Datsuns tachometers use induction wiring and some use voltage wiring.

See http://datsun1200.com/modules/mediawi ... ring#Late_1200_Tachometer (Late 1200 means 1979 and up)

To make your A15 more powerful, fit an A14 camshaft and hold your foot down to 6000 RPM on each shift.
