Hi guys does anyone know how many litres per km's u can get out off a ca18.Looking at getting a cell and don't know whether to get 40ltr or 60ltr etc etc,I have 0-90 ohm fuel level gauge,so what tank will that suit?

My Auto CA18DE gets 10Ltr/100Kms but it weighed in at 980kgs

So guys tell me if im wrong,it doesn't matter how many ltrs the cell is its the sender unit that has to match my gauge.

it's just a float that measures resistance... you do have to make sure that it measures the right way .... i.e. you could read full when empty and empty when full if you get that wrong.

BTW I put a 65ltr Early skyline tank in mine

Lol if your running a built motor mate ull be using a lot more fuel then standed.40litre cell be enough for at least a days cruising

You racing or just crusing? Bigger better on street but fuel surge can be an issue if its not a bladder or gated from my understanding.

Stock tanks not even 40 lt

After getting my car up and running I recommend the biggest tank possible.i have a 40l cell and on e85 I get about 90ks to a full tank lol ill be upgrading to a 60l soon
