Side draft weber manifold question

Hello I would like to know if a weber manifold once had a DCOE 40 on it, will that same manifold be able to fit 45's. The bolt pattern looks the same but can someone confirm

yes the the weber 40's and 45's fit aswell as the delorto and solex variations
