Have done the clutch master under the dash used a Girling race type master as used in BDA Escorts, simple really for the clutch the original clutch cable hookup was used for the clevis pin in the master cylinder with the cylinder mounted on top of the steering column mounting bracket and it lined up perfectly with the original clutch pedal for that conversion. Brake wise I would look at something similat and in both cases us remote fluid reservoirs in the engine bay, all formula race car stuff really and as for a booster remote boosters are common on Alfa Romeo classic 105 series cars and use metric fittings also. The Alfas used two boosters for four wheel disks bit of a pluming excercise but work great.
