well bike carbs on and runs. Just need to sort accel cable and also carb 2 us leaking from air hole on the left as above. Fuel builds up and dribbles out there and overflow at idle. Under revs its fine.
Im unsure what hole is for but must be linked to float bowl. Raised fuel float and it dribbled less but unsure what it is before I adjust much more.
They are mikunis off a zr750 or 1000.

Started up almost straight away once I sprayed dome start ya bstard in at first lol.

fuel pressure reg, as most bike fuel tanks feed carbs via gravity. Your fuel pressure is probably to high at idle

Didn't the ZR750 come with Kiehins? Those look like mikuni BST flat slides.

In any case, put a vacuum/pressure gauge on the fuel line and ensure its 2 psi. Many regulators won't go that low. And yes clean the fuel inlet needle/seat.

What you talkin' bout? It's a bit oily and quite hairy. A bit like Mik.

Mik, put a tap on the fuel line to restrict the fuel. Regs don't work that low. You need the fuel available. I used a small tap from an old bike and planned to snip the spring in the facet pump but never needed to.

The pump never ruptured the diaphragms.

So just a restrictor tap on the fuel line hey.
I was worried might be a cracked float. They are those plastic floats.

You can but need to drop the pressure to 2psi max usually
