1200 ute steering issues

Hey guys, I have just finished fitting 120y struts with s13 brakes to my 1200 ute. I have also changed the tie rod ends and ball joints at the same time as well as fitting s13 camber tops. After taking it for a test drive the front tyres squeal a lot with only minor steering inputs and at low speeds. Does anyone have some ideas as to what would be causing this?

Just a wheel alignment is needed, should fix it right up. Anytime you change the camber, castor or toe-in (tie rods).

You can set the castor yourself. Just make it even on both sides and it will be OK. The exact amount is not important but aim for more than stock.

Camber should be set to more negative camber than stock. Aim for zero for longest tire wear, or -2 degrees for spirited cornering. Stock spec is a mind-numbingly old fashioned +1 degrees.

Toe-in should be 4 mm

See Alignment
