Just about to fit my shortened 200b coil over struts (finally) to 1200 ute.

They have the girlock calipers attached.
I have the 200b lines, I believe they will be too short when mounted, as the caliper is mounted at the front of the strut to avoid the steering linkages.

Which brake hoses (from hard line on inner guard to caliper) have people used ?

Get some brake lines to suit an Australian production 120Y with the PBR calipers, these are the longest lines I know of. The real problem is that they don't list this line anymore. I was lucky in that I found a supplier who had an old catalogue that showed the line & they were able to make it there & then. The other way to get around the trouble involves some welding wire & some artistic ability. Form the welding wire to the shape you need, add a bit more for slack, then take that to the brake supplier as a template. The ends are generic, so you could even take the 200B lines along to show what ends you need to fit. My brake lines cost about $20 each, so I got 4 made.
As to where to get them made, maybe some of our Brisbane/Gold Coast members can suggest some Brake shops.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.

I wouldn't stuff around. I had new RTA legal braided hoses made at Carters Clutch and Brakes in East Maitland. It didn't cost much and they can do anything in terms of lengths and fittings. Braided lines don't swell under pressure so give a better pedal feel.
FYI: I've a sneaky suspicion that vb to vk commodore hoses will bolt straight on.

Edit: you beat me b310gx

I'm pretty sure when I first mounted the vk girlocks on the front of my KB10 the commo brake lines still attached to the callipers connected straight up, but where a bit long. Anyway, new custom brake hoses aren't difficult or expensive to obtain.
