Hey all
I'm looking at doing an l20b swap into a b210 120y
Just wondering what crossmember and pedal box/ clutch setup to use
And if anyone has experience or tips on doing the swap

Thanks in advance

Use the stock crossmember and a front-sump 810 oil pan
Or use a 510/610 crossmember and a mid-sump 510/610 oil pan

For more tips see L-series Engine Swap

Use the 120Y pedal box. The 120Y has the studs in the firewall for mounting a clutch master cylinder in the engine bay already. You just need a holesaw to cut the center hole to suit, then drill the clutch pedal to fit the rod. Couldn't be easier! I used a 240Z clutch master cylinder.

Best way is to use the 120Y x-memer imo. 180B x-member makes more problems than it solves. Some photos and info on my L20B B210 conversion here:

Have recently found that R30 Skyline engine brackets are shorter than 200b/Stanza/Bluebird, by about 25mm/ 1 inch. I haven't tried them on a crossmember yet, but this should give me enough clearance on the bonnet with my Sunny. Pity it's from such an old/rare car. I hope the sump doesn't hit the crossmember, in fact. They look easier to duplicate in plate steel, as well. I've been told the 120Y has a taller nose than the Sunny, but it's always nice to get the engine down as low as possible.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.
