just by chance does anyone have a record of the injector settings etc... that should be put on a microtech mt8 connected to a ca18det....any information would be appreciated thanks.

why not do what most people do and get it tuned most peopel have there engines setup to difertnt levels the base microetch tune was as rich as hell when we tuned mine and pretty retarded in teh timing department Ric shaw in croyden does a good job for around $200 Jim at croyden aut aslo does good tune but at over $400 I cant see the value

Yes straight to a dyno is the go, with someone that knows what they're doing.

Too easy to melt pistons and other horrible things by guessing in the garage, in my opinion.

If its just the base map that you are after, cause you just want to start your new engine and your computer has been set for something else, you can ring Dom at Microtech and he should be able to fax you out his base setting for your engine.
( Don't ask for Russell)
Like Cadetman and Flyby have said you are best to dyno it propperly as this base map is set so your fresh engine will run rich and retarded, so you will have no problems on your drive to the dyno.
