where in sydney do they sell forgies i need some for my ca18det any places you guys know of???

I got my JE's for my SR20DET from Steve Burns ( I forgot the company name ) on (02) 44221364 for $1200. I Think he is from the coast at Nowra but he delivered them to my office in the CBD, he's a really nice bloke. Another place is Phil Ryal@BRS motorsport (the nissan guru) on (02) 45765915 but he is out at Glossodia which is out past Windsor. Another option is JTS in St Marys or where he gets them from is Specialised Piston Services in Melbourne.

Not to sound rude but i doubt you will get much cheaper, usually they are around $ 250 a piston and up, compare that to new standard SR ones from nissan at $ 70 each (cheap i thought). These prices are also without rings. Do you really need forgies what are you looking to do? Oh yeah i saw that Tomei forgies for a CA18DET are nearly $ 2400 so you and i can safely rule them out.

what are you doign with your CA mick?? A set of forgies will cost around $1200 including rings I had mine done in melbourne 6 weeks it took APEP machined them up still holding upto the floging I give it after 3 years. HAd any luck With SSS is it a piston or valve problem with low comp in one clyinder??
