hey guys just looking for an original LH fender to suit 1200 or a place where they sell good reproductions as the replacement i bought is just too flimsy and will never fit as good as an original.

Most people consider the original Nissan fenders to be flimsy. All repro fenders fail to fit perfect because they are manufactured using worn out ex-Nissan stamping dies. Nevertheless the most that needs to be done is to elongate a bolt hole or two.

You can purchases genuine Nissan fenders, but they are $240 USD each and have large side-light openings.

The regular fenders may be available from Nissan Europe, or the B140 fenders with extra-small light opening from Nissan South Africa.

The front of the wheel arch of the reproduction guard doesn't clear the current tyre/wheel set up but the original one did that's the main reason for wanting to source an original one.

Yes sir. However the utes have smaller side lights so there may be a little gap.

You know those Chevy Truck fenders that are $35? The same company sells 1200 ute fenders, however they aren't sold by any US distributors. But maybe you could convince (pre-pay) a distributor to get you one.
