The carburetor flange is for Weber DCOE, Mikuni-Solex PHH, and Dellorto DHLA. It has the superior center-pull linkage

Note is made for the GX engine (not A14/A15), presumably. A14 ports are 32-34mm high, A12 GX are 36 mm high
