hey kiwis out there does anyone know whether the SS2000s will be at taupo this weekend? I'm thinking about heading up to watch. Brent have you entered?

BTW I assume all you guys know by now about the expansion plans for taupo circuit? Bring on the V8 supercars! (hopefully) Either way it's awesome for the town and for motorsport in NZ

SS2000's final round for the season is at Taupo, but during easter weekend.

Yes, seen the plans, it looks great, going to have to re-visit my gearing for Taupo with that new straight ... 800m long ..... going to be manfield type gearing I think. So might be good in the long run (one setup for both circuits).

Hey Brent, I'll have to keep an eye out for you. I am supposed to be having a drive in the RX7's if the car is ready. A Wanganui team sponsored by Senate Finance has just purchased a 3rd car and I was offered the drive last week as long as we can get it finished. What car are you in?

At this stage I'm not running at the final round .... I've already won the 1300cc championship for SS2000 this season, so thought the money would be best spent on next season - I have lots I want to do, tidy car up, trying to find LSD's for H165 diff, nead a better gearbox, Lyn wants the engine back to check bearings e.t.c.

If you hear of any H165 LSD's or good raito's (looking for 3.9, 4.3 & 4.6, have 4.1 & 4.9) down your way, point them my direction will you?
