1200 and 120Y parts interchangeable?

As per my post in the classifieds section, I'm just wondering if things like the reaer brake drums/shoes and wheels are interchangeable between the 1200 and the 120Y. The reason I ask is that there seems to be heaps of 120Y's around in wreckers but very few 1200's. Comments?

The rear brakes would interchange. Especially if the diffs look similar. I'd grab the backing plates and drums and the brake guts and transplant them. The wheels are different diameter, but they'd swap too.

I think the whole diff assemblies are interchangeable.
