Just wondering if anyone knows a good way to upgrade the brakes in a datto 1000?

Also suspension upgrades....I've never played with anything like this before

Cheers

Do you know if there was much involved in fitting them?

And do you know what booster/master cylinder was used?

I might have found a bonnet down here.

But if not I'll get back to ya.

I've done a disc conversion using vented Laser discs.
A few have other setups around here depending on your wheel size and budget I guess.
Mine doesn't use a booster just a tandem 3/4 cyl on one of my cars and a tandem 11/16 master on the other. Depending which brake setup you go for I can help you with the master. Will require some plumbing to convert the singe to tandem though.
I'm not a fan of booster and I really don't think they need one at all.

Not all 1000's had a single circuit master cyl.
Both of mine (coupes) are duel circuit from the factory.

I have a single circuit on mine.

And I want a booster. I'm used to driving with a booster, so I'll put one on while I'm doing the conversion.

Yes all coupes have the tandem cylinder.
But the sedan both 2 door and 4 door and the utes and wagons run the 11/16 single.
