I'm just wondering what everyone here uses. I used to have an older version of Kazaa, but now I'm looking for an alternative.

kazaa is spyware LOADED. WINMX is good, but i prefer ARES, downloaded it from www.cnet.com much better than WINMX, however im using cable it also may depend on ur internet connection.

Thanks guys. I did a little more research and decided that Kazaa Lite would be worth trying. I've gathered it is some sort of rogue software that patches into the Kazaa network? Anyone use it? Where's a safe place to download it from?

For an alternative that is VERY easy to use try "Blubster".

I run Adaware6.0 & Spybot 1.2 and have never had any troubles with spyware, i just run these every few days to pick up any nasties if there are any.
