A Nissan parts catalog lists all the parts and their numbers. Perhaps 20% are still available today from your local Nissan dealer, the rest are No Longer Available (NLA). The catalogs are available in three sizes: A3 (large), A4 (standard book size) or 4x6" (pocket size).
The catalogs were also available in Microfiche -- a sheet of film with a document on it. They are A6 size of a postcard/photo about 4" x 6" each with several dozen pages of the catalog. So a set about 1/4" thick is the whole catalog. Use a negative viewer and magnifier to view it. So a regular paper catalog is better unless you don't have room to store it.
