L20B matchbox Datsun factory Electronic Ignition came in these USA vehicles:
- 1979 200SX (S10)
- 1979 Datsun 510 (A10)
- 1979 Datsun 620
- 1980 Datsun 720
If buying used, there are two things to watch out for:
- Advance plate bearing gone bad ($75)
- Vacuum advance canister not holding vacuum ($30-$100)
CAUTION: These often go bad after 20 years. Inspect carefully before buying.
If buying new, you will need these used:
- Timing plate
- Distributor Support (pedestal base)
