There are several wiring harnesses in a Datsun 1200:

• Instrument Harness (dash)
• Body Harness

Yes, the dash harness is the same Part Number for Coupe or Sedan. However, it varies by year. They are probably very similar.

• 24013-H7000 HARNESS-INSTRUMENT AUTOMATIC 0772 supercedes 24013-H2112

The Body Harness goes from the firewall, under the floor mats to the rear of the car.
