A12GX Carburetor Part Numbers

Datsun 1200 GX used a matched pair of 38mm sidedrafts, referred to as front and rear carburetors. These are similar to S.U. brand carburetors. For more general information see Hitachi Twin Carb.

Three variations were used in the 1970-1972 B110 JDM GX model run. All are dome-tops:

Repair Kit

This repair kit contains hard to find parts. But only the GASKET SET is normally needed. If your carb leaks fuel into the fuel bowl (overflows) you will need new Valve assemblies. For A12GX, it uses the same valve assembly as the DCG306 downdraft carburetor (two of them).
