R160 is an Hitachi product

I created an account so that I could comment on this page. Neither Fuji, Subaru or Datsun had any part in making the R160 differential. This is a "standard" part made by HITACHI!!! --ciper 20:20, 10 Sep 2008

Even the current vehicles still use _Hitachi_ r160 180 r200 etc.

Who's done it??

Well, me and my bro haven't done the R160 swap in a 1200 but we did it in a 120y. I'm not sure if anybody else has done this swap. I'd like to know if its the only one in existence??[1] --180YSSS 23:53, 22 November 2010
