Clean up your engine compartment by moving the wiper motor inside, under the dash. Weld up the hole for a smooth look, then reverse mount (hide) the wiper washer motor behind firewall. Would it need to be mounted in the same direction for the auto-park (cancel) to work?
Linkage
The motor simply turns in a circle, with the parking mechanism stopping it at a certain point. Can you mount the motor inside, turned around, and rotated 180 degrees so the park is in the same place?
