I posted a message asking for help with a stuck shifter. Now I have to find it and link this pic. The 5/R shift 'slot' thing was a little sloppy due to a broken roll pin (tension pin). Sloppy enough to allow the striking rod to slip into 5/R with out first moving the 4/3 rod back to neutral. 4/3 is shown engaged in 4th. That's all.
