Why the heck is that header downsized to only a 2" pipe? If it was all custom made you could have kept it 2.5"??? The Nismo header has a 2.5" collector. Beautiful piece though, nice work.

Thanks Wally.... I didn't need the lights. Running the clear Rabrig lights with HID's. I've got your bit half translated but there's some parts I need to bring to a friend and get translated by someone who knows cars... I'll get back to ya.

 Re: Stainless pipes
The 2 inch out let can be cut off at the collector which is 2.5 inches at its outlet
The 2" was only used because I closed the collectors down to 2" for those who want it and if you don't cut it off
I thought that was pretty clever

Yep I'm with everyone else nice job Wally...They are the longest secondries I've ever seen on a Datto manifold they remind me of a rotary set up. How did you do the Scavenger badge? Is it laser cut and tacked on or what? I work with stainless all the time and peope don't realise just how expensive it can be, I am assuming they are made from 304. The exhaust in my race car is all stainless including mufflers and resonators and it cost nearly $1500 for the materials and some of them I grabbed from work from the scrap bin!! Most people love the look but not the price.

You like the badge Wayne?
You are right it was laser cut and tacked on.
you are right again on the 304 as well.
The flange plates are also laser cut from 10mm S/S I do have it on file if you need it to have some cut out. I also made the collectors myself out of 63mm Dia tube.

Click here to see a JDM header/extractor that has massive primaries, but also looks to have a smallish collector input
