Re: 80 Sunny Sedan Brake Booster Can anyone tell me if this would fit up to a 1200, and would I have any clearence issues when I upgrade to a hydraulic clutch later on?

Re: 80 Sunny Sedan Brake Booster No..it has the 120Y style fitting to the firewall, and you would have "buckleys chance" of a hydraulic master fitting in later, if you were doing a CA18, it wouldn't work. The intake plenum would hit on it, if you mounted the hydraulic clutch master closer to the engine, and modified pedal box to suit.
Sorry to be so negative.

Re: 80 Sunny Sedan Brake Booster Thats cool, I thought I would ask the question anyway! Of course, if it was going to be suitable, it would have been way to easy (but we all know things can NEVER be that easy!)
I might keep hunting around to see what I can find. I want something nice and small, but at the same time want something that works.
This is for my rotor conversion, which leaves me with plenty of room, but I still want to fit the hydraulic clutch master cylinder in the stock cable location.
Cheers for the response.

Re: 80 Sunny Sedan Brake Booster RE: "stock cable location"
The cable pulls, a hydraulic pushes.
You will need to "bore" a hole into the firewall next to the brakes someplace. The original hole is only good for cable.
The Chrysler/Mitsubishi LA/LB model Lancer Booster/MC will work well if you are after a booster.
