 Re: The inside story. This is my new Bluebird HEI distributor for my 1200GX engine.
I can accept that the metal parts have been cleaned, although i dont know how, however the module is new, & the windings & wiring harness look to be new, so reliability should be something i can take for granted.
The advance curve has also been re done, so it's the complete deal. I added a new cap & rotor to top it all off.
Just the ticket for a street car.

 Re: The inside story. Have a look at the other photo in the photo album. It's not as simple a job as it might first appear, & this one has been "zero timed" [made new], so the process was to
A. Make it fit the block B. Rebuild or replace the electrical components. C. Recalibrate the advance curve to be more compatible with the "A" series engine's needs.
