sweet setup, pity knife edging requires so much effort
and other mods to keep the camshaft properly lubed

Knife-edge crank shouldn't be a problem:
* Crank doesn't dip into the oil
* The camshaft is fully pressure-oiled including each lobe

Problems with premature cam wear are 1) improper break-in (no cam lube) 2) re-using lifters 3) improper cam or lifter re-facing
