sweet this would work for my 63a gearbox ; that mount is a custom one though isnt it ?

I got a maddat ca crossmember for my L series conversion, fitted the Stanza 5spd (also 63a) no worries!

ive never liked to idea of bolting stuff threw the floor, its so flimsy

evilsim, have a look in my album if you want a non homemade solution, just have to cut up a 180b to get it

pigdog i saw your pic before, very nicely done.
i dont have a spare 180B or the right tool to cut it out but i still like the idea. yes the floor is flimsy but i dont have much choice.

just need to go to a wreckers and get them to flip one over, angle grinder will take care of then rest, then u just need to drill out the spot welds and you have your self some mounts
the crossmember just needs some 15mm spacers to get it to the right height, and need to slightly elongate the holes in the crossmember
