Yeah I dont know about the heater controls yet might just leave it neat slots as I know what they do. I suppose little stickers would be pretty trick. I havnt got a stereo to worry about. They weigh too much LOL

4nik8 its not that hard once the dash is off. The hardest part is rewiring it. Im doing a full rewire anyway so only the necassary bits will be there. Ive done it a few times with 1200s its not that hard if you have a manual and keep track of wire colours.
Levi I have a part Number for you its called VDO cockpit vision Tacho No:333 015 046K
Should be able to get it from most Auto places I had to wait around a week. Oh and its 80mm hole size not 100 like most the autometer ect
Cheers Andrew

 Re: Attention Levi
Levi did you end up buying that Tacho??? The reason i ask is the misses has had a clean up and has thrown out the instructions I want to make sure Im wiring it up right. It has 3 plugs on the bottom. Im pretty sure the
1st on left is Signal 2nd earth and 3rd 12V
I found some instructions on a website for VDO but has a lot of other conections aswell just want to be 100% sure.
Thanks Andrew

 Re: Custom dash
Some of the guages are quite old the 200km speedo is steel case and made in germany its around 15yrs old its out of my old blue A15 powered 1200 ute
The smaller guages I got from auto one (cockpit series) For around $50 each the 10000rpm tacho is $170 the newer guages are all plastic. Made in some asian country
The boost guage is 5 yrs old steel casing and made in switzerland !!! they must make them in lots of differnt countries.
