the door trims are 100% perfect, the back doors dont have rust that i could see, and the dash (gauges) looks pretty imaculate too, though the dash pad is cracked, um anything else just ask

oh the boot lids tidy as too

[edit] bumpers looked pretty good too, can see a bit of shape in the front there but the rear is straight as can be, will post back picture soon

if your going to kill a datto and parts it atleast grab EVERYTHING you can, glass trim etc. their starting to get hard and people will need them.

it is a shame to kill it, im stripping whatever any wants to buy off it, but i have no use for parts specific to sedans so im not gonna have a pile of sedan stuff sitting around for a rainy day

how much for the reverse mirror and also the side mirror ? dunno if the side mirror will go onto a coupe though.. ?

$10 for both sound fair, the side one is weird it has two sections on it, the main bit is normal then an outside bit angels out further, the rear view mirror also doesnt look like a standard one but dont see a problem with it, can get better pics of the two if required

Hey, does that GX hood have special indentations to match the cowl vents?

I'm wondering if the car is special (like a JDM model) ... the cowl vents don't look like the usual fare.

the other gx bonnet i have has the same indents on it, what makes you think it's special, and how could i tell if it was?, i dont think it is, as the car has had a stack on the front, the quarter panel, lights, grill and bonnet would definately be replacements

Yer probably right, when it was damaged in the front they just put a new (rare) bonnet on it.

How's the front windshield trim? If it's decent and you can get it off how much?

as ive explained in other threads this one has been mashed in the front and the repair job is super dodgey, the chassis rails are bent and just bogged over, the bog is all cracked and the inner panel is pretty much just bog, a lot of panels are rusty too in the usual places

i thinks it's a pity to part it out, but #### ive seen people try to give away dattos and no-one takes em, i had trouble giving away a coupe once, are you prepared to put 800 into fixing the front corner of this thing up?, i dont think anyone would want to but if they are ill pass the car on for the price i paid minus the bonnet

plus it's donating its auto tunnel to a better cause , hey im trying to get rid of the parts off it and am having trouble even doing that

so yeah, no offence taken but thats how it is

people have gotta think, we have all purchased parts from wreckers to either fix or better our own cars. Its the same here, and at the end of the day someone could have been purchased the whole car anyway.

the cars stripped as much as i wanted to get out of it, i've cut the tunnel out so after a mate pulls out the motor tonight it's ready to go to scrap metal, if ya want anything speak now or forever hold your peace

what condition is the front bumper in 1200rallycar? If its sweet id like to take that off you.
