Yep, that's the go. Just swap the struts left to right.

Yep, to clear the steering. There was room in the back but even with the stock calipers you had to remove one of the bolts that holds the balljoint to the strut and loosen the other one just to get to one of the caliper mount bolts. So it would have been even more of a pain with these.
